Ministry of Manpower

To drive support for Progressive Wage Mark (PWM) merchants, we partnered with the Ministry of Manpower to create a campaign that turned everyday purchases into powerful messages.

We designed branded merchandise inspired by daily shopping items—including a creative shirt tag, tote bag, jeans tag, and more—to highlight the simple truth: By shopping at participating stores, you’re supporting fair wages and uplifting lower-wage workers. The campaign combined clear, benefit-led messaging with tangible touchpoints to educate and inspire shoppers to make a difference.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Adred Creative team for the Progressive Wage (PW) Mark Message Trial. We engaged Adred Creative to design, produce and print publicity materials at three CapitaLand shopping malls (Bedok Mall, Junction 8 and Westgate). Overall, we were pleased with the team’s creative design proposals, prompt and clear communications and keen eye in managing the project timeline. Despite some initial logistical challenges, the team responded quickly and effectively to address the issues. The team also gave useful input to sharpen our publicity materials, so as to effectively engage consumers’ attention. We thank the team for your support in the PW Mark Message Trial.
